Due to continued success and market growth, my client who are a leading multi-utility provider are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule works – Issue mains and service request to developers, create jobs, add to planner, issue work to tablets
- Liaise with Construction Managers & Electrical Manager with documents/orders
- Work with Design for Utility drawings
- Create project files
- Raise opening notices
- Raise FM144’s
- Send meter cards to asset owners – File to correct project (electronically)
- Send completed gas documents to asset owners – File to correct project (electronically)
- Check invoices for subcontractor
- File job cards within projects (electronically)
- Programme Utility connections
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Should be highly motivated, driven, able to use your initiative as well as working well as part of team
- Must have experience in Microsoft office
- Understanding RADAR, would be desirable but not essential
