Manage and carry out internal audits to monitor adherence to required internal procedures.
Monitor delivery of the internal audit schedule ensuring that obligations are being met.
Participate in external audits from clients, certifying bodies and authorities.
Participate in Site HSE Audits – focusing on in-place procedures
Carry out QSHE induction for all new employees.
Ensure continual adherence to the latest HSE Legislation
Manage Standards register.
Create Board reports on behalf of QUENSH
Participate in completing supplier approvals and client’s pre-qualification questionnaires.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills
Quality, Environmental and Health and safety system and accreditation knowledge.
Good Process auditing skills.
Essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of QHSE accreditation processes and requirements.
Environmental experience (ISO 14001)
Health and Safety experience (OHSAS 18001 (soon to be ISO 45001))
Quality Systems (ISO 9001)
Qualified / Experienced internal Auditor
Minimum NEBOSH certificate
Member of IOSH
Member of IEMA
Experience of working within an Engineering Environment.
