We are seeking O&M Field Manager to join an established team with immediate start.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive work experience in the specific field of solar PV installation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have worked for some time in a similar role developing their skills and equipment knowledge.
The candidate will be from an electrical background with working knowledge of solar PV systems, EV charge. Trained and qualified to the relevant standards, minimum requirements as set out below.
The role will involve working as part of a team responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance on utility and commercial scale solar.
It is an exciting opportunity for an individual to prove themselves as a confident leader of the team whist delivering technical support to the field engineers. Quotes and pricing and lead on large scale projects.
Candidate profile
Experience working within the solar PV industry roof top experience highly desirable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail
Have strong technical and analytical skills
Proactive with a problem solving attitude
A desire to work within a fast paced and constantly changing environment
A strong work ethic, and team focused mentality with the ability to lead
Full driving license
Qualifications
Electrically Qualified
Experience in leading teams and projects
