Multi Utility Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity for Multi Utility Supervisor to join our team based in Washington

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well- established Utility Contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a portfolio of schemes in the designated geographical area
• Dealing with all aspects of site work from the initial prestart meeting
• Prestart with developer site agents, pre-vetting plots and mains, communication with site agents
• Ordering materials for schemes
• Ordering of plant and road opening notices & TM for the schemes
• Co-ordination of Reinstatement
• Managing direct and subcontract resources on site
• Team Audits and Quality audits to be completed on site
• Weekly reporting on teams & site progress
• Undertake measures of work ‘on site’ and track that sheets are completed and submitted
• Make sure Teams are completing as laids, check and return packs to CAD Collection of all paperwork in relation to operations work for submission to asset owners
• Liaise with water, gas and electrical engineering departments to arrange necessary connections / jointing
• Close out NCRs, incident reports, in timely manner as required

Experience/Skills required:

• Must be an experienced Multi Utility Agent or Project Manager who can organise and manage the completion of site works from both an HSQE and commercial perspective
• Gas, Power and Water SHEA
• Hold Site management or site supervision safety certificate (SSSTS/ SMSTS)
• NRSWA Supervisors card
• CP & SCP
• R/O & N-R/O
• SCO 1-5
• Cat and Genny / HSG 47 aware
• Site / team audits
• NERS, GIRS and WIRS knowledge and experience
• IT literate
• Hold Full driving licence
