Due to continued growth, my client wishes to recruit highly skilled, motivated and driven Factory Maintenance Engineers to work as part of the maintenance support team. This represents an excellent opportunity to develop a maintenance career within a dynamic and fast-paced company.
Your duties will include electrical/mechanical PPM (Planned & Preventive maintenance) daily checks of all machinery, electrical, heating and ventilation equipment, plus repairs / minor installation works.
Candidates will have completed a recognised Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship or hold the equivalent qualifications, and have a working knowledge of engineering services coupled with a good understanding of all aspects of building maintenance. You will be required to be on an out-of-hour’s on-call rota system. You must also hold a full UK drivers licence.
About the Job
•To carry out planned maintenance, fault finding and repairs within the factory and the site in general
•Moving and re-installation of machinery
•Machine changeovers and set-ups
•Ensure that machinery is ready for use at start up
•Carry out check sheets as required
