Day to day client liaison for all categories of work streams
• Taking a lead role within the team and overseeing the operation on the West Coast Franchise along with Network Rail
• Direct liaison with the teams, including periodic meetings with the Station, Facilities, Property Managers and Network Rail representatives
• To represent and promote Asset Management both internally to staff and externally to all stakeholders, to ensure acceptance and understanding of the functions’ policies and plans
• Provide Technical and hands on support in the field, in all business streams
• Complete, liaise and assist where necessary all relevant approval/compliance forms such as Landlords Consent, RAMS and Listed Building consent
• Ensure customer and client are serviced to the highest standards
• Ensuring compliance with QA, Health & Safety and all relevant company procedures
• Manage all PPM, reactive and ECW’s ensuring all timescales are met, whilst developing
reporting processes to satisfy the commercial requirements of the contract
• Maintaining good relationships with this blue chip client
A proven track record in Hard Services or similar background
• A strong Mechanical/Electrical background with relevant qualifications
• Experience of working within a facilities environment
